Laura has been teaching me on my ex-racehorse Fleur for the past year whom I bought following a 7 year break from riding. Laura has helped me improve my riding whilst training Fleur, focussing on what is most critical at that time to improve our working. She has also helped me get back into jumping and gain more confidence, coming to teach me at a variety of venues including our home yard, cross country courses and showjumping arenas. She is a flexible instructor who will tailor her approach and training methods depending on the horse and their needs – she is not a ‘one size fits all’ type instructor – this has improved Fleur’s work a lot as we have needed to take different approaches as her training has advanced. As well as helping with our training at home, Laura has attended competitions to help us and watched videos from competitions and given feedback, providing a truly holistic viewpoint on Fleur’s training. She always has the horses best interest at heart and I would trust her opinion to be honest yet diplomatic when advising me on which direction to take Fleur next.  I would highly recommend having lessons with Laura to riders at any level who wish to improve their own riding or their horses training and competition results.
